Cold stamping. A pressure processing method in which a stamping die is used in a press to exert pressure on a plate at room temperature to plastically deform a workpiece of the desired shape and size.

Cold spinning method is suitable for non-standard diameter scale product manufacturing, can reduce the cost of stamping mould.

3, hot stamping. Hot stamping moulding process uses the thermoplasticity of plate, simple moulding, applicable to the manufacture of high-strength ultra-high-strength steel and thick head. The head supplier understands that since it is processed by heating, it has to apply fuel and has a great impact on the environment. Plate is moulded in heated state, the function is not uniform, thus stainless steel cooling process needs embrittlement, proper heat treatment after moulding, correction or function improvement. Because it is hot stamping, the expansion and contraction of the head is greatly affected by environmental factors, and the scale control after the completion of hot stamping is relatively uncomplicated.

4, thermal rotation. Heated sheet rotational moulding process is currently used less in the head processing, is the sheet heated to the proper temperature, while heating and radiation of the moulding process. Thermal spinning processing products are suitable for manufacturing thicker non-standard diameter scale products, compared with the relative hot stamping ratio, simple to master the changing diameter scale.

5, skin flap processing. The head production manufacturers understand is that the general choice of cold processing of the pressure drum forming process, based on different materials, there are also heating methods. Split-colour processing of the product range is generally more than the existing stamping equipment or the entire spinning equipment manufacturing products or shaped products. Split-mould processing products require the manufacture of specific moulds based on the shape, and because of the typical long processing cycle, the split-mould processing process can only be selected under special conditions.
