I. Types of head:

1. ellipsoidal head: suitable for high-pressure environment, capable of withstanding large pressure.
2. Circular head: common type of head, applicable to many scenarios, such as pipeline, storage tank, etc.
3. Shaped head: head design for special demand, such as rectangle, polygon, etc.

II. production method:

1. Forging method: The head of required shape is made by plastic deformation of metal under high temperature. This method is suitable for making large and complicated heads.
2. pressing method: the plate is pressurized in the mold to make the plate shape, which is commonly used in the production of small and medium-sized heads.
3. Rolling method: the plate is rolled into cylinder and then welded and shaped, applicable to the production of some specific models of heads.

III. Production process:

1. material selection: choose suitable metal materials according to the use environment and demand.
2. Design drawing: design the shape, size and other parameters of the head according to the actual demand.
3. material cutting: cut the metal material according to the drawing.
4. Processing and molding: mold the material by forging, pressing or rolling as mentioned before.

6. Heat treatment and surface treatment: The necessary heat treatment and anticorrosion treatment are carried out on the head to enhance its service performance.
7. Finished product inspection and packaging: finally carry out finished product inspection.
